Project Overview: The total investment of the project is 50 million yuan, utilizing the original useful land, covering an area of 17.94 acres, and a total construction area of 4428.60 square meters. Construct a 1000 ton/year ferrocene production line and supporting facilities, with an annual output of 1000 tons of ferrocene.
Current project overview: Panjin Bafang Industrial Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Liaoning Bafang Additive Technology Co., Ltd.) currently has a modified asphalt production line with a production capacity of 100000 tons per year; A colored asphalt production line with a production capacity of 1000 tons per year. The process waste gas of the project is collected and indirectly cooled by circulating cooling water. After alkali spraying, it enters activated carbon adsorption and is discharged through a 20m high exhaust pipe after treatment; The waste gas from the thermal oil furnace is discharged through an 8m high chimney; The canteen fumes are treated by the fume purification device and discharged onto the roof of the canteen. The kitchen waste water from the project is treated in an oil separation tank and discharged into the municipal sewage network together with domestic sewage through a septic tank. Take noise reduction and vibration reduction measures for equipment noise. Set up a 5m3 hazardous waste temporary storage room, a 1.3m high cofferdam for the tank area, and a 700m3 accident pool for the factory area.
